WHEN: September 3 - 7, 2025
WHERE:: Double J Campground, 9683 Palm Rd. Chatham, IL 62629. Located on the famous Rt 66 and minutes from historical sites in Springfield, Illinois. PLEASE do NOT call the campground to book your site. You will have the opportunity to visit Springfield Illinois, Land of Lincoln. The Campground is located off of Route 66, there are several original Route 66 landmarks.
COST: Event ticket is $99.00 + ticketbud fees which covers 2 adults and 2 kids under 15. additional child cost $20.00, additional Adult ticket $40.00, they must be staying in your rv. 1 ticket of $99.00 per rig +ticketbud fees. Included in the rally ticket: several meals, seminars, activities, swag bag and supplies needed to operate. 1 swag bag per RV
Camping costs: Campings costs will be paid directly to Double J Campground. The daily rally camping fee is $55.00. Each car besides tow vehicle is a fee of $5.00. Double J Campground will CALL you to book your site.
Cancellation policy: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and only if we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist. The processing fees from Ticketbud are non-refundable. There will be NO refunds for any reason after August 1, 2025. When you cancel your rally ticket you do not receive a swag bag. |
