2025 Grand Design Owners Arkansas Rally

The Rally will officially kick off with the opening ceremony at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, Sept 24, and end around 9:00 am Sunday, Sept 28th. Many attendees will be arriving a day or two prior as well as staying a day or two after the rally. If we have enough early arrivals we will have some pre-rally events. Your Registration cost of $400 is all inclusive for the rally, your registration fees, your nightly site fees (Wed thru Sun), provided meals, events and activities with the exception of the fees associated with the TicketBud registration system (which are non-refundable). Your rally costs are for all 4 nights even if you are only staying for 2 or 3 nights. You are more than welcome to reserve your stay for longer to enjoy more personal socialization time with those that also arrive earlier or depart later. However, if you wish to arrive before the rally or depart after the rally, please follow the instructions in the emailed confirmation you will receive after registering to make individual arrangements for your extended time. We will assign sites this year and will try our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. (ex: wanting to camp next to friends, part of a group or special mobility needs) At the rally, we have fun, group gatherings, fun, seminars (some educational, some retailer showcasing), fun, evening socializing, fun, some group meals, and in case I haven’t mentioned it... fun. Please keep in mind that the WagonMasters, volunteers helping us, the resort staff, and any vendor, including the Grand Design service techs, are here on your behalf and want you to have an awesome experience. Please be respectful, kind and courteous, they are here to insure you have a great rally. if you are having issues, please check them at the door, bring them to our attention or don't register to attend, we will not tolerate any belligerent behavior, bullying or harassment and you will be asked to leave the event without refund. There will be no refunds after 30 days before the rally unless the WagonMasters can fill your site.
